Forest pupil speaks at Success Charity Conference 2020
Last month, Year 9 pupil Milly Meadows featured as a guest speaker at the Success Charity Conference 2020 – ‘Bridging the gaps for survivors of childhood brain tumours’.
Alongside her doctors Milly shared her brave story from initial diagnosis of the mid-brain tumour, through chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments to successful remission.
Milly spoke honestly about she manages her conditions of Panhypopituitarism and her very real struggle with Hypothalamic Obesity.
