We understand that education is a journey for parents as well as for their child, so we interact with parents regularly.

Before pupils start at Forest, they and their parents meet the key members of staff who will be their first point of call at the School. Parents soon become a part of their child’s pastoral care network, which includes the Tutor, Heads of House, and Head of Section.

Alongside our day-to-day communications, Forest hosts a range of events for parents throughout the School year. This includes parents’ evenings, information evenings, events, taster sessions and conferences. Our parental conference programme includes events on revision, drug awareness and the ever-changing world of technology, and they provide a valuable forum for staff and parents to share experiences.

Forest understands that in our rapidly changing world, parents’ concerns are also changing. Forest seeks to keep parents informed of the issues they may, understandably, have missed or have little understanding of.
