Lockdown Art
This term the Forest Art department wanted to provide a platform where students were able to showcase their ingenuity and creativity during these challenging times. What better way to do this than with a lockdown art competition? The competition was open to all Senior School pupils and welcomed work in a wide range of media such as photography, sculpture and textiles. The Art department were absolutely blown away by the entries received, and judging was no easy task.
After careful consideration Farheen Jawad, Marianne Nelson, Bahar Shahkamrani and Millie Woodward were highly commended for their innovative and inspiring entries. After even more careful deliberation the Art department decided to award third prize to Meigan Teo, 2nd place to Mila Agustyniak and first place to Ayaan Jiva.
This was competition was a truly wonderful showcase of the diverse artistic talents in the Forest community. Well done and thank you to everyone who entered.
