Farewell to the class of 2021

Last weekend saw a series of events in honour of our Y13 cohort.

The student-led Live Lounge was held in the Chapel Quad on Friday evening which had a fantastic atmosphere and featured a set list of more than twenty songs.

Commemoration Day was held on Saturday morning and was attended by members of the Sixth Form team and other key members of staff who have been with this cohort on their journeys through the school. Parents joined the event via the school’s first live stream which meant the whole Forest community could share in this important and celebratory event.

Saturday evening saw a slightly pared down version of the Leavers’ Ball thanks to the dedication and ingenuity of Sixth Form staff, supported by our estates and catering teams. We are very grateful that we were able to give this fantastic group of Old Foresters a memorable send off.
