Beatrix Haxby

Forest School would like to say congratulations to Old Forester, Beatrix Haxby (Baylis, 2009-2015) who is currently having success on the festival circuit with her short film “Genesis”.

 

Released in May 2017, and described as Genesis reimagined in an enigmatic otherworld, Beatrix’s film has already won at the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival. Obviously the Haxby family are very talented as the film’s score was composed by her brother Leon (Poole’s, 2009 – 2011).
