Stratford and East London Music Festival 2016

The annual Stratford and East London Music Festival is being held at Forest School from 8-20 February 2016.

The popular festival was established in 1882, making it the country’s oldest music and drama festival. Last year, over 1,000 entries in more than 200 classes were made.

Taking place over two weeks, the festival includes singing, piano, speech and drama, leading to the grand finale, Young Musician of the Year, on Saturday 20 February 2016.

The Stratford and East London Music Festival is affiliated to the British and International Federation of Festivals, of which Her Majesty The Queen is Royal Patron.
