Forest Girls Hockey
On Tuesday 17th November the Under 16 Forest girls competed in the Essex school hockey at Redbridge.
They played local schools including Bancrofts and Chigwell as well as the likes of Felstead and Cooper Colborn. We were undefeated in all 6 games and didn’t concede any goals across the whole day. The star players of the day were Captain Lucy Leel and Goalkeeper Zara Rose who have both been involved in England Futures Cup this year. Other notable performances were from Laura Bushman and Ella Chisholm. Ella is a keen footballer but competed a year young in this age group to impress on the day.
The girls will now compete in Ipswich in the regional qualifier on 14th November. Good luck to all.
