Forest’s U15s reach ISFA’s Investec Cup Final

Forest’s U15s football team have reached the final of the Investec ISFA U15 cup following a tense semi-final game with King’s School, Chester.

The team won 2-1 against King’s School with both goals being scored by Leonard Pulevic in the first half of the game. Following an early goal by King’s, Forest managed to take the game with an excellent free kick by Pulevic and a second goal just before half time.

Winning the semi-final tops off a brilliant season for the boys who have beaten Radnor House, Trinity, Eton and Repton on their route to the final.

The boys’ place in the final marks the first time Forest has reached an ISFA final since 2009-10 when our U13s played.

The final will take place on Thursday 2 March, 6.00pm, at the Pirelli Stadium, Burton Albion FC, where Forest will come up against Whitgift School.

Forest School’s U18s won the first ever ISFA cup in 1992-93 after defeating Charterhouse on penalties, 3-0, after a 2-2 draw.
