FOREST BOYS GET THEIR BUSINESS HEADS ON FOR CHARITY
Forest school is proud to announce three Year 11’s winners of the most entrepreneurial team in the Wings of Hope Children’s Charity award – this is no small feat!
Wings of Hope Annual Awards (WHOAA) is a nationally recognised social enterprise programme. Students from Years 9-13 work in small teams to run fundraising projects for the charity which helps children in India and Malawi to gain a free education.
The national programme culminates in an annual awards ceremony where shortlisted teams are invited to the Houses of Parliament to present their projects.
Our boys won the category of most entrepreneurial team. They got their business heads on and had gone out seeking opportunities in order to raise money for their charity project.
Congratulations to Max, Yuvraj and Harry aka Team Vision!
