Year 6 Maths Day 2019
Forest School’s Year 6 Maths Day will take place on Wednesday 4th December 2019, 2.00pm-4.15pm in the Gilderdale Hall.
This is an annual event that pupils find hugely enjoyable, where we aim to stimulate and inspire them with new mathematical ideas.
Pupils will steer their way through a number of engaging activities and investigations, which all require logical and creative thinking and are designed to challenge mathematical reasoning. Forest pupils and staff will be there to help and guide.
The event will begin at 2.00pm and will end around 4.15pm, and refreshments will be available for all visitors.
If you would like to send three pupils to this free event, then please fill in the form below by no later than Friday 18th October 2019.
Please note that spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment. It is recommended that you select pupils who have developed relatively early in Mathematics and who enjoy learning the subject.
