Sixth Form Open Evening

Forest School is delighted to invite Parents and pupils to our Sixth Form Open Evening, on Wednesday 27th September 2023, from 5.00pm – 8.00pm. Topics will include an overview of life in Forest School Sixth Form, an introduction to the Forest Sixth Form Curriculum, guidance on admission to the Sixth Form and will cover the entrance and scholarship processes.

Forest is truly a London school and our pupils come from all over the city and beyond. We are proud of the fact that pupils join Forest at 16 every year, and that our pupil and parent body reflect the diversity of the city.

The transition into Sixth Form is a hugely important one for all Year 11 students and we invite you to come and visit Forest’s Sixth Form to find out about our outstanding provision. At the end of Year 13, Forest Sixth Formers leave us well qualified having accumulated a vast range of skills.

They are intellectually curious, have a strong sense of who they are and know where their strengths and interests lie.

Forest Sixth Formers are resilient, thoughtful, creative and full of energy.

Students and parents begin their evening by attending one of the talks before meeting Heads of Departments. You will also have the opportunity to discover more about the Extended Project Qualification, Learning Support, Pastoral Care and the Co-Curriculum, as well as Higher Education and Careers Advice.
